The Homedics SS-6000 Platinum Sound Machine with CD, Atomic Clock
Radio and Time Projection has everything you need to ensure both
a restful sleep and a gentle wake-up. At night, play your favorite
bed-time music on the CD player to help you relax and slip into
a restful night's sleep. And in the morning you have the option
of waking to the CD player, traditional beeping wake-up alarms,
or one of six gentle nature sounds, including ocean, waterfall,
summer night, rainforest, thunder, and rain.
Because this AM/FM clock radio has an atomic clock, you won't ever
need to remember to set the time backwards or forwards; it sets
and re-sets to the correct time automatically. This system also
shows both the indoor/outdoor temperature, so you'll know exactly
how to dress for your day. Plus, you can choose to check the time
on the LCD panel, or have it projected on the ceiling with a soothing
blue light. If you need a little extra sleep, simply hit the snooze
button. This system comes with a two-year limited warranty.

Review: To be honest w/you, I LOVE this product!
The time projection on the ceiling is great! And while the face
is a bit bright, that does not bother me at all b/c I don't need
a room to be pitch black while I am sleeping. We absolutely love
the sounds! The ocean is our favorite, but our 2 yr old favors summer
night. From my point of view, I think the sounds are relaxing, realistic,
and pleasing to the ear. I also think the sound quality is great.
I mean, we don't want it loud to begin with and don't need surround
sound quality to sleep with. This machine serves its purpose. It
also has the CD player, which we have not used yet b/c of the sounds
and the radio. Again, I don't mind that it is not digital b/c it
is not why I bought the machine and find that if I have to turn
the dial to get a station, it is not a big deal. It's all about
personal preference, but I think this machine far exceeds what I
was expecting and that makes me quite happy!
