Review: I have had continual back and neck
problems. Nothing seems to help, massage therapy, physical therapy,
pharmacotherapy. I like one of the reviewers was at first, disappointed.
However, I stuck with it and realized I was trying to "place"
the pillow under my neck, adust it etc., when all I really needed
to do was go to sleep. Once I gave up on trying to "make it
work" I have slept soundly, don't have knots in the back of
my neck when I wake up in the morning, and realized that I am not
fluffing my pillow and adjusting my pillow throughout the night,
thus, I'm not waking up to do so because my neck is hurting. When
you move, it moves, basically adjusting to your movements throughout
the night. I can't say enough about this pillow. If you have back
or neck pain, I recommend giving it a try.
